Dog/Cat Policy -Two dogs allowed for 2nd and 3rd floor homes and a maximum of three pets per home. There is no weight limit.

Pet Fees - $300 non-refundable for first pet, $200 non-refundable for each additional pet, $200 deposit for each pet, $15 monthly per pet.
